Movement
Regular, individually adjusted exercise is a central factor for healthy aging processes, mental balance and physical well-being. It supports the metabolism, strengthens the cardiovascular system, maintains muscle strength and improves mobility – all decisive factors for longevity and better ageing.
In the therapeutic context, a movement program suitable for everyday use is developed, which is tailored to the individual needs and health goals. Among other things, gentle forms of movement such as Qi Gong, yoga or functional strengthening exercises are used.
In the case of complaints such as tension-related back pain, the focus is on exercises to mobilize and stabilize the spine, which can be easily integrated into everyday life.
Also in the context of a metabolic-oriented therapy – e.g. B. with weight regulation – movement is used specifically to increase energy consumption and vitality and to improve the quality of life in the long term.
